Description:
Walnut Hills High School opened in 1895. From the beginning, the school's curriculum focused on preparing students for college admission in the liberal arts. Randall Condon, Superintendent of Schools, and George Davis, Walnut Hills Principal, were dedicated to providing competitive, quality educations for area students. A new school building was built in 1931 because the student body outgrew the original building.
