The University of Cincinnati Libraries, through the gift agreement made at the time of donation of the Sabin Archives, are obligated to display this collection for the benefit of the general public.

You are free to download and share, copy, distribute and transmit digital content found on the Digital Resource Commons (DRC) for non-commercial purposes under the following conditions:

  • Your intended use is for educational and research purposes and not commercial purposes, consistent with the explanation of "fair use" found in Section 107 of Title 17 of the Copyright Law in the United States Code.
  • You include citations to the source of the content, including the attribution "Courtesy Hauck Center for the Albert B. Sabin Archives, Henry R. Winkler Center for the History of the Health Professions, University of Cincinnati Libraries."
  • You do not modify or alter content found on the DRC from the Sabin Archives.
